The worst hair cut in my life and made me cry! The cut was terrible, they can not die hair for sure! I asked for brown color and came out full black ! I spent 2 hours there cost over $180! Terrible terrible terrible
The hairdresser was nice, but she didn´t really take the time to make sure I liked the length of the cut during the appointment. It felt really rushed, and at the end of the appointment I was charged extra. She didn´t mention anything until I saw I was charged 10 dollars extra on the receipt and when I asked what it was for she said my "extra long hair". My hair is long but not that long, and she could've at least said something about the extra charge at the start of the appointment.
I had a cut and colour with their new stylist Ola and was very very happy. It looks fabulous. And she is a very nice lady.
