I had one of the worst salon experiences of my life at Perfect Hairdressing. I booked a simple haircut for my 9-year-old daughter several days in advance. The appointment was $45 for a basic trim. We arrived on time, and I explained that her hair only needed a small trim at the ends as it was slightly tangled. The male hairdresser was extremely impatient and unprofessional from the beginning. Great place!
One of the worst hairdressing experiences I’ve had. I asked for a wash and blow dry. Only one wash and it was half a wash at that. Couldn’t believe she was putting conditioner in instead of a second wash. I asked first a smooth blow dry. I have medium length thick hair. She didn’t section my hair and start at the back for blow drying. Just started at the side and sort of worked her way around. She had no idea. Worst haircut I've ever had. I asked for "long, soft, subtle layers" and walked out with a choppy haircut that looks like I did it myself. Uneven, sharp, thick layers, about 3 inches shorter than the longer parts of my hair - not "long soft" layers at all! This was in July 2025, and my hair still hasn't fully recovered or grown out nicely from it yet. I highly regret going here and I will never be going back.
The worst hair cut in my life and made me cry! The cut was terrible, they can not die hair for sure! I asked for brown color and came out full black ! I spent 2 hours there cost over $180! Terrible terrible terrible
