I have my hair done with Massimo. Besides been really friendly he is a really good hairdresser. The color he picked for my hair and the cut he did was just perfect

I would give zero if I could. This place used to be okay, however it has, over the last 2 years become TERRIBLE. They constantly double book, you will wait for 40 mins for your appointment and then be asked to come back in 4 hours time. There are never enough staff on and the poor person working is always on the verge of tears. Everyone hates their boss, all they do is complain about him, and that's probably why there's almost always a different person working. I have been loyal, I have tipped, I have waited.
