There is a new girl at the salon who doesn’t listen to what the customer says when they are saying not to do something my skin was peeled off when I specifically told them to do threading and she’s like no I will do waxing not threading, I told her that I’m the customer and that she should do how I’m requesting it but she said no and she had the nerve to say that my skin was sensitive when I specifically told her how I wanted my service done.

Very pathetic service. I went for my eyebrow threading last week. They were extremely rude and unprofessional from the word go. They were not respecting people wait time and will let anyone go ahead. Sobha, if I got the name correct was extremely rude and kept on blabbering while working on the eyebrows. She hurt my nose badly with the thread. Sobha needs to learn some manners to talk to people.
