I love this gym so much!!!!! Jessica is the best trainer, I have lost almost 50 pounds and feel stronger and healthier than ever. I highly recommend, they are trustworthy professionals!
Been training with PGT/ Silvio for 5 years. They’re great at keeping you accountable and really tweak the workout to your needs with schedule and what you can do. I have some back issues and Silvio always make sure I get a great workout. Not an easy workout, really makes you push yourself but is conscience about my back. Highly recommend them and the gym is the best. Lhp300. Brian runs a great gym.
One of the best gyms I’ve been to! The gym is clean, not over crowded, and people are so friendly. Jessica is an amazing trainer and puts you to work!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone trying to get into shape and see amazing results.
