Experienced, very knowledgeable, and great service. Took their time to ensure all vents were cleaned thoroughly. Covered all vents and individually used a snake to loosen dust from all vents (strongly recommend this add-on).
I can say they were quick to respond, honest, and very professional. First of all, the most important thing about them is they explained the problem to me and gave their recommendation on what to do. They fixed the problem at a fair price. I will call them back for sure for the next time.
