I had a blocked main drain. Perfect flow showed up exactly when they said they would and unblocked my main drain quickly. I appreciated that the tech took care not to let the drain backup and flood my basement. Definitely will use them as my go to against any blockage I have in the future.

Over the course of 24 hours a floor drain outside of my front door backed up with water after two storms came through and took an usually long time to drain. Water was seeping in under the door which is never good. After reading the reviews for Perfect Flow, I gave them a call and they dispatched a tech ( Angel) who came out, identified the issue ( heavy sediment blocking the top part of the drain) and cleared it out within a matter of minutes. Drain is back to working smoothly. I highly recommend them.
