I have enjoyed my Gym experience at Synergy in large part to the professional support from my trainer Christina . She keeps training on point for achieving my goals, all positive one year in !
Christina is extremely knowledgable, positive and motivating with strength training. Her latest research has been into assisting women going thru all the ranges of menopause. How our sleep affects our workouts, energy levels, vitamins and protein intake are some of the helpful tips she has provided. Her positive influence, smile and high 5's make the gym workout fun. The encouragement is there and I highly recommend her no matter what your age. I am 60 and have worked with Christina for 5 years.
Absolutely excellent. Christina is a complete pro. Her expertise and years of experience really shine through especially when she can make one small adjustment just by visual cues that change the whole feel of the exercise. Or how she can sift through what really helps and what is over hyped in the fitness industry. I have anxiety and she was able to match my support needs and vibe perfectly.
