Christina is a stellar coach. She pushes you out of your comfort zone and makes you believe in yourself! 10/10
Christina is amazing. She takes time to listen to your goals and meets you where you are at. She has helped me rehab my knee and back issues and also with my diet and macros. She is always checking in on you in and out of the gym. I would give 10 stars if I could!
Christina is a fantastic coach! She has coached me in all the right ways, pushing me when I need it and inspiring confidence when I need it. I've only been coached by her for 3 months but I know this will be a lifelong passion now and can't wait to see what I can achieve with her leading me. I would highly recommend her no matter what stage of life you're in.
I've been a client of Christina's for 4 years. She has been an amazing coach! She check's in frequently to keep you accountable and has been very accommodating and flexible to cater to my needs and changing schedule over the years. She has modified my program and exercises when I've had injuries so that I could continue to train. She always has your best interest at heart and builds a program specifically for you that will meet your personal fitness goals. She's the best!
