Wonderful experience. Brad has really taken my unique personal goals into serious consideration as he makes specific plans tailored to me. I also have previous injuries that I was nervous about exacerbating, but I've never felt unsafe during the carefully selected exercises he has chosen. I've never felt rushed, he spends plenty of time with me during each of our sessions, but he pushes me to make the most out of each workout. So glad I found Perfect Fit.
