Been training with Frank and the team at Perfect Fit Coaching for 2 years plus now and we still learn something new at virtually every session. Frank knows about fitness, energy, food, nutrition, weight loss, hormones, mind set, weightlifting, powerlifting, myotherapy and any other thing I've asked him about. The group classes are fun, friendly and tough - we've seen real gains since training with Frank and would recommend Perfect Fit to anyone who wants to get fit and likes dogs too!
My absolute favourite place to train - a welcoming gym space where you'll get to work out with others in small group classes but still get specialised attention from the coaches on deck. The team knows about everything from nutrition to motivation, cardio and weight-lifting. It's a supportive place for anyone looking to get in shape, hit fitness milestones major or minor, and never puts a hard sell on "bonus extras" or "next level" challenges.
This place is so positive and welcoming! I have been training under Frankie and Kate and at times Liz. They are such a great indivual. Always ready to help and so friendly yet professional. I have never been left alone at any time. Very accommodating, lots of feedback and adjustments and finally, people who come to train are so friendly and motivating! Thank you Frankie, Kate and Liz for you support.
Great gym and great therapeutic massage. Frank is an absolute star and couldn’t be a more friendly bloke. I would highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking to get great results and join an awesome community
