When you purchase a bridesmaids dress for one of your best friends wedding and then get a totally different color of course you kind of panic, but I was sure the company would help us get this right. They're great at selling a dress, but if there are any problems after that, they are not at all accomodating. The seamstress had my daughter in tears, blaming her for their error after they ordered the wrong size. Oh, and they pay every bride to leave good reviews on websites. The worst experience I have ever had with a retailer. EVER.
