I absolutely love Lupe!!! She is awesome, her dresses are gorgeous. Her customer service is excellent!
Seriously the worst buying experience I have ever had. The girl lost my wedding gown and when we found it it was scrunched up on the table getting ruined, after I had already paid for it in full. Then I return when she tells me to for it to be all done being hemmed and she doesn't have it ready. I don't know how she is still in business.
I went in to look for dresses and ended up finding on that I loved so much. They only had it in a size 24 and I’m a size 8. She made it out to be no big deal and I should get it and she’d cut me a deal on the alterations. When it got there she did the whole top of the dress in 30 minutes. I made payments to her. When I got the dress at the end I gave her my last payment and took my dress home. It fits great and I wa super impressed with her tailoring skills.
