This is by far was the most unprofessional company to deal with. I’ve sat home three days waiting for service. The receptionist was very quick to cut me off for complaining about the incompetence of their service. She offered a 10% discount. I asked to speak with her boss, “he doesn’t handle calls like this”. Are you kidding me? I was asking for a 20% discount and “no, we only offer 10%”. Thank you. You lost a customer and cash. Bye bye. Horrible service. Actually no service at all.
Called them up and told me that they would charge me $50 ($15 service charge and $35 to remove the lock). Guy showed up, spent less than 5 minutes and charged me $125 for the removal of the lock and $25 service charge.
I couldn't do it - the person I spoke to was rude and unbearable. Terrible representation of a company.
