Had a wonderful experience the first time, and an unfortunately terrible experience the next. It was a different tech. I had a long wait which wasn’t the issue, my eyebrows are two completely different shapes. I noticed they were uneven and asked the tech who told me they’d even them out but made things so much worse. The tech also told me I have naturally different shaped eyebrows which felt like an excuse and I found it to be rude.
