I booked a first time appointment for my patient who is a paraplegic and in a wheelchair, when we arrived the owner met us outside and held the door open for us and greeted with nothing but smilies and kindness. The shop was extremely accessible for her needs and the aesthetician was more than happy to work around her wheelchair and make her as comfortable as possible. And also explaining in detail all the services they offer. Will definitely be back!🤍

This is the second time that I've gone there in the last year after growing out my eyebrows that the gal moved my arch!!! Now it's in the middle of my eyebrows instead of on the outside! Again! Even after I asked her to keep my arch on the outside. I also asked her not to go thin and I hardly have any eyebrows. Last time i'm going there
