I’ve been going here for a while and have normally loved every time. Not this time. Whoever was working tonight(05/20 @7PM) needs to be FIRED. They don’t know what they are doing. 1st problem: SHE TOOK THE ENDS OF MY EYEBROWS OFF. Literally there’s no tail of my eyebrow. Just the arch and wisp of a tail. I asked for a simple clean up and to keep them as thick as possible. I booked a first time appointment for my patient who is a paraplegic and in a wheelchair, when we arrived the owner met us outside and held the door open for us and greeted with nothing but smilies and kindness. The shop was extremely accessible for her needs and the aesthetician was more than happy to work around her wheelchair and make her as comfortable as possible. And also explaining in detail all the services they offer. Will definitely be back!🤍
This place offers a great experience with very friendly staff and excellent service.
