Renters Beware! Perfect Event Rentals was contracted to put up individual tents for 70 Artisans for the Neptune Festival in Virginia Beach. Due to Hurricane Ian, the festival was cancelled. The owner, Mr. Cust, decided to keep everyone's money, $405 from each Artisan. He said that he put the tents up and he has to pay his people. The festival cancelled 2 days before it was to begin.
