I had a great experience with the Darbys. I told them my budget and they did everything they could to keep me inside of it and to give me the most bike for my dollar. Mr. Jed made sure that the bike fit me well and that I was satisfied with my purchase. Overall, a great experience! I highly recommend!
I called Jed and Debbie looking for a Specialized. He called me back and said he had one in stock and motivated to sell. I drove up the next morning, took the bike for a spin and Jed set the suspension up for my weight and did a few other checks. I had a great experience purchasing this bike and the friendly/professional atmosphere. Jed and Debbie are great people with a great shop and passion for bikes and helping people find what they need. Completely worth the 2 hour drive! I highly recommend them!
My husband and I have been so incredibly pleased with the assistance Jed & Deborah provide. Their well-rounded expertise and friendly customer service is unrivaled. Jed and his team have fine-tuned and made our tri bikes race-ready for numerous occasions, most recently Ironman Chattanooga. Jed has an extensive knowledge in coaching along with the talent to pull the best out of his athletes. We are looking forward to training under his expertise in the off-season.

Took a short drive to Jed’s shop from Baton Rouge. Jed’s knowledge and expertise was well worth the drive. Not only did he fit me perfectly for my triathlon bike that I purchased today, he also corrected several issues I was having on my road bike. Great experience all around. Great products, and unbeatable service. I’ll definitely be using Jed for all of my bike needs.
Jed is very knowledgeable about what bike is the best for you personally. Whether beginner or advanced or somewhere in between, he can customize a bike & a training plan that is custom for you. He is a great coach, encourager, and motivator. He is also very funny & cracks me up as an added bonus! Deb keeps us all in line & is the brains behind the operation and she’s kinda sweet too. She has a way of actually making you smile as she swipes your credit card because you know happy trails are ahead!!! 😁
They really care about their customers! Only bike shop in town that was willing to repair my wheelchair tires and help me order some better tires.
