I’ve given this place multiple tries because of the convenience to my house and because of the reviews, I always think maybe I’ll get lucky next time. Everytime has been a repeat of the same thing. I felt like I was getting my hair done at a hair school. The art of customer service and interaction is gone. Establishments that specialize in personal services should train employees on soft skills, how to greet, establish rapport and engage with clients to some degree as they're being serviced. Having loud conversations about previous clients or current events that detract from the relaxing environment needed after someone leaves work is worth having training sessions on also. PROMPT: My appointment started on time. The stylist was professional and inquired on my hair care concerns. AFFORDABLE: My silk press was affordable and worth every penny.
