This is the worst possible dental and orthodontist place to go!!! My son has had braces on since 7th grade, he graduated 2025. We tried to change orthodontist to a new place but they told me MassHealth had already paid in full. Now we are here being told insurance doesn't cover and wants to bill us for more $
I had a great experience as a new patient! Noeli (not sure of the spelling) did a great job with my cleaning, one of the best cleanings I have had in years. Everyone was very attentive and caring. My only reasons for not giving it 5 stars was that the floor and baseboards in the room were quite dirty. There was even a dead bug and I went in the morning, so that probably meant the room had not been cleaned properly that day.
