I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Perfect Deed Homes. Unfortunately, the reality of owning this home has been far from the "perfect" quality that was promised during the buying process. I picked my colors via an email. I was a little disappointed at final walk through. There were many rescheduled closing dates which inconvenienced me for housing. Builder offered to help compensate but did not honor his word. After living in house for a little over a week, workers arrived next door to lay sod. I watched them cover entire front and back.
