I bought a home two months ago from these people. The house was a new build, yet the oven does not work properly and always shorts out before warming up. Also, the house was built with door stops for every door except two random doors. I did not catch this during the walk-through, but I noticed that my wall has small damage because of no door stop. Good Deed Homes is the place to go if you are looking for experience, and exceptional quality you would need in a home. The builder Bradely is very personable, respectful, and outgoing, he also practice what he preaches in giving you what you are looking for in your forever home.
