Hoping to get in touch with John (Andy) Conover. He rear-ended my mother at a red-light - who is in her 70's - he then looked her in the eye and promised her he would pay for the damage to her vehicle. After getting an estimate for the damage Andy has become unresponsive - won't answer her calls or texts and is an untrustworthy human who is NOT a man of his word.
