Very quick to respond and professional. I got a mini water heater put in and it still wasn’t working after being installed. They had came back several times to try and fix the issue. They realized it wasn’t getting enough power. They refunded me for the cost of the heater, but not any of the labor. It should have been checked for enough power before installation and working that same day. Get a quote before you go with them. We had some routine stuff done and got a stout bill.
If their construction and plumbing is as bad as they’re driving I wouldn’t trust this business. One of their vans was directly beside me so I don’t know if they had a signal on or not but they proceeded to come over on top of me. I either had to slam on brakes or let them hit me. Blowing the horn didn’t stop them either.
