They recommended service that was not needed, then they disappeared when the system would not function properly.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They claimed our coil went out so they ordered another one and came to replace it. Only to find out that it was our compressor. The compressor had been replaced less than a yr ago so it was under warranty. All they had to do was drive 40 min to get another one and come out to fix it. They refused to go pick the part up.
