Perfect Climate is a fantastic company. Spoke w/Brandon at noon and Garrett was at my house by 4pm same day. Personable, professioinal, depenable, honest and highly skilled. When my HVAC truly broke down during a heat wave, everyone with Perfect Climate was very helpful. They were patient with my many questions about the different replacement options, they lent me a portable AC to tide me over, and the installation of the new HVAC went smoothly. Garrett, as always, was professional, helpful and did a great job. Perfect Climate took great care of my old HVAC, and I'll continue to rely on them going forward.

"Perfect" is a high standard to live up to, and I appreciate the confidence that comes with naming a company as such. Today, I received a call back from this company, and the customer care I received was perfect. They informed me that they are working on a large install that will last over a week. I had to go with someone else because of the urgency of my needs. However, I can only imagine that the quality of care they would have delivered would match the thoroughness I received this morning.
