My system was set up by them before I bought the house. They found a way to get ahold of me and let me know that my condensation line was saying it was clogged they came out the next day and fixed it. They were kind and efficient and most important they were fast.

Our Central A/C was on the fritz. My husband looked up most likely cause and Youtube’d for instructions to change the capacitor. It seemed to help for one day. But the next day it was hot! I called Perfect Climate in Eugene and he came the next morning before it got hot! So it turns out we bought the right part at Fergusons but it turns out they sold us a faulty part.
