They were courteous during our encounter but in my opinion did not do a thorough job with our issue. The problem was improved but not fully addressed. When I left messages they did not respond. After three messages I spoke with someone in person who said they would pass on my message, but now, days later, still no response. We paid them in full after the job, which took them about 40 min to do, and it cost us almost 400.00. I ordered some foam tape and will try to finish the job myself.
After calling multiple heating companies asking about geothermal heat and getting nowhere, Brandon asked questions even they do not service these units. A huge thank you for helping us and offering to provide information with a competitor. I really appreciate your time and assistance. I've saved your information in my phone for share with others. Thank you for your time this afternoon.
