We had an unlikely occurrence involving a garage door spring coming apart violently and it took out the ducting above our furnace. Garret (might be misspelling that) did a wonderful job rebuilding a new vent duct. We figured out that we did not have the necessary carbon monoxide alarms in place, Garret contacted the landlord and informed him of the issue, got approval and came back out to my house the Same afternoon to install the needed safety equipment. The Perfect Climate team is amazing! Their pricing is fair and they stand behind their workmanship. They went above and beyond fixing and installing a new unit for us after dealing with a lengthy warranty ordeal. It is extremely obvious that they care about their customers and do all they can to help them. Highly recommend!
