Poor customer service, communication, and scheduling Customer service has changed for the worse. Perfect Climate installed our heating/cooling system in our house. We have called on them to perform yearly maintentance and all repairs. We have been loyal customers for years. Recently our system completely stopped working, of course on a Friday night. Average The good: - HVAC installers were friendly, professional, and communicated well to set expectations when working through issues. - Office staff were friendly and prompt at following up on loose ends, answering questions, etc. - Initial install troubleshooting - very courteous, answered questions, and solved the problem.
Honest and great customer service The repair tech for this company was timely, helpful, and very good at improvising a good fix on our very old forced air furnace. He went above and beyond what his job mandated and we will use them in the future for sure
