This company was absolutely amazing with our install and super friendly. They installed a dual unit in our 2 story home and the break down and clean up was very professional. Nick was also nice to our furbaby while she was outside. Highly recommend this company to any and all my family and friends
Definition of ethical and professional. Perfect climate has provided service to my address twice in the past 5 years. The first time was in 2019 when we came home from vacation in August to a house that was 87°. After filing a claim with our home warranty company and having a first contractor come out just to say they didn’t service Rheem systems, Nikky contacted me promptly and sent Nick and his team out. We have used Nick with Perfect Climate for issues with one of our home systems not cooling, to a clogged drain line, to total system replacement. Nick and his team are timely, professional, responsive, and explain things in a way that makes it easy to understand the options.
