They were thorough and professional. They put on booties before entering the house. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it at a reasonable price. Definitely would call again if I had a HVAC issue.
Perfect Climate was absolutely wonderful! They came out quickly after inquiring, diagnosed our AC issue, and were able to provide us with an estimate at half the price other companies in the area charged. They weren’t pushy, didn’t try to upsell us on a “better” unit, and were law enforcement and veteran friendly. The new AC was installed quickly and works great! So happy we reached out to them and will definitely continue with them for routine maintenance. I strongly recommend them!
Nick, was great and helped us when our AC went out on Sunday ,he was at our house on Monday and had us up ,and going within an hour ! He updated us on how to keep our unit up and running for the years to come . We will see him again in the fall . Seriously, best experience with an AC company ! He's also the owner and we could tell he takes pride in his work !!
Nick is very particular in how he performs his work. Reasonable price. He followed up later to make sure that heat and air were functioning properly. Just another side note. Nick shows up on time which means a lot.
Did a great job repairing my older split unit when other companies only want to do full replacement.
