I'd love to give a better review. She cleans a friend's vacation rental and does a good job. Sadly, she returned our initial call and said she would call back before the end of October to schedule a cleaning before Thanksgiving for our arrival but she's never bothered. If you don't want the job or can't fit it in you should still call back and SAY so. I was looking for a regular cleaning person. For sure it's NOT going to be Cindy.
