If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would. From the very beginning Everything was amazing. Easy to order, communication with Rachel was exceptional and the delivery was so quick. I ordered a bouquet charm and a lapel pin for my wedding for memorial pieces for our parents. They are absolutely stunning, and exactly what I wanted to make sure our loves ones are with us on our special day.
Good website and easy to order. The product came and it was lovely. Unfortunately the quality wasn’t great and it fell apart during photos.
I ordered two charms for my daughters wedding bouquet of both Pops who had passed. Rachel replied instantly, sent me a photo of the charms made up for approval & sent them to me (interstate) in a couple of days. They were absolutely perfect. Thank you so much Rachel
