Came in for a 5:00 appointment. Kept being told one more minute. 30 minutes later, despite having an appointment I made a week ago, I was informed that if a walk in comes in - appointments no longer mattered. At 5:35 I finally said something and said it was going to be 30 minutes late to just tell me. I tried to reason and ended up walking out. They smiled and said it was perfectly fine if I left. I’ve been here several times and am disappointed in how they treat their customers. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately do not recommend if you have your natural nails. I went for the first time and was there for three hours for a regular gel manicure on my natural nails and a gel pedicure. While the ladies were lovely, my NATURAL nails broke from the root three days after getting them done. i’ve been growing my nails for the past seven months and it is extremely disappointing that I am now back to square one. Wouldn’t go back even if they offered 50% off. Janky dinosaur egg nails 90$!!!! Insane terrible.
