Care giver doing an excellent job. However, I have asked how details work when a holiday falls on a work day for us. This is happening next week on Thanksgiving. I’ve had no answer to this question I asked when we signed up. So please do not bill us for that day. That is the simplest solution for us. Thank you. Anne Dempsey Dec 7. The staff are very personable and have always been helpful and flexible when I have contacted them. The first caregiver for my 94 year mom was not a good match, but we needed someone in a hurry. Thankfully after only a few days we were sent a much better caregiver. After a few months that caregiver went on vacation, and the replacement caregiver was an even better match for my mom, so we were able to keep her. We are very happy with this agency and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a live in caregiver.

NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT was not clearly communicated before asking for signed contract. Deposit was explained as covering the first 14 days of service and is fine as a business practice but not mentioned as being non refundable when requested. The elderly client was hospitalized only 7 days in and did not return home. A call was made to inform of the situation and a request of half the deposit back due to the circumstances. This business was all too happy to keep the full deposit.

Our family had a very positive experience with Perfect Care Match. My mom was very ill with severe dementia and was legally blind. When her long time caretaker needed to leave for 2 months we were referred to Care Match. It was a very difficult time for me and my sister since we did not live near our mom, so we were dependent on Care Match.We were matched with a wonderful, loving, and patient caretaker who took care of my mom like family.
