I have worked for this company for a long time .All our staff try very hard to get it right for there clients and carers work long hours .try there best to do the best job with not anuff staff.But keep trying every day some people don't understand .l have had different management above me .But the management that has it now are such great staff .Always there for you to help and guide you . This "care" company has got to be THE WORST company I have ever come across. I would advise anyone thinking of using them to provide "care" to a loved one to avoid them at all costs. It has been a complete shambles from day one. Constantly having to make complaints which are not rectified. No phone calls returned on most occasions. Some reception staff beyond rude. Had concerns around my mums health and safety and asked for a certain member of staff to be removed from the rota but they didn't listen and kept him on it..... V... read more
I have worked here nearly 7 years and it’s understandable to have ups with down but I can sincerely say I have the best work family that’s supported in everything and always there for me and do what they can to help me whether work or personal life.
