I have been with this agency for months and I can personally say about the staff are phenomenal with their clients. HR has been amazing and professional. As an Ra, they make me feel welcome and accommodating my needs. Perfect care is another home where you can open up and feel safe. I would rate this 💯.
I have been with Perfect care going on to two years and this is the best agency that people in my line of work can work for . It can be stressful some days but the staff in the office are always there to support. Anyone in this company who says that cannot reach a member from the office is definitely not telling the truth. I have no intention of leaving. I enjoy working with my clients and making a difference in their lives . Perfect care cares about both their staff and their clients. It’s a good balance .

I would give 0 starts if was allowed. This agency is one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever encountered. They show absolutely no care for their employees, provide no real training, and seem to hire just about anyone without regard for qualifications.
