I would give 0 starts if was allowed. This agency is one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever encountered. They show absolutely no care for their employees, provide no real training, and seem to hire just about anyone without regard for qualifications. Horrible service
Think twice about this company. Horrible service. The office doesn't call you if the aid calls out sick. The case manager has the nastiest attitude & even swore at me numerous times for no reason. They don't follow through with what they say there going to do. The case manager, Doreen Smart during a recent meeting I told her to leave because she started bringing up a subject that prior to the meeting had contacted all 3 others that were going to also be in the meeting.
