The store says open until 8pm but they stop taking people at 7:30pm. Unprofessional.
Horrible would give 0 if I could . All of them are rude . They will RUIN YOUR EYEBROWS AND LASHES . They RUSH , THEY HURT YOU , HAIR IS FALLING ALL OVER YOUR FACE THEY WONT CLEAN IT . THAN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO GET ANGRY WHEN YOU TELL THEM TO FIX IT CAUSE THEY DIDNT DO THEIR JOB???? NEVER GOING BACK . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY . If you’d like to get them Ruined & have them give you attitude the whole time than go ahead ! Lost me !
They’re always spitting while talking among each other so it all lands on you and have a foul smell while doing thread eyebrows.
Ouch! Left a bunch of hair on my lip the first time and injured me the second time
I’m a regular that comes here and I usually like their work. I got out of work late and they close at 8 Pm I made it at 7:41 and as soon as I walk in the door the lady said “sorry we’re closed” then proceeded to tell me the last client is at 7:45 and I told her the time and she kept saying sorry we’re closed in a rude tone. I would understand if it was 7:45. Completely unprofessional and it’s false advertisement if online it says closes at 8pm not 7:40. Do Better as a business
