I’m a frequent customer, but most of the times I came here, no one seems to be good at eyebrow shaping to make my eyebrows look natural or suit my face. The thread they use is also harsh. Not sure if I will continue going here for eyebrow threading.
Horrible customer service. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THERE
Horrible service! Not only were the workers uninviting, the woman that worked with me did a horrible job at fulfilling my wishes. I asked for a thread and a tint on my eyebrows, the threading was fine but once she tinted she drew blocks on my face and over lined my thin brows making me appear to be an angry bird character. For the price of the service I am utterly disgusted with how the woman played on my face. Also, no refund or correcting occurred.
