Horrible experience. My eyebrows are microbladed, and I came in just asking for a clean-up. Instead, she waxed off half of my eyebrows. When I questioned it, her only explanation was that it was because my brows are microbladed, which didn’t make sense to me. I’m really disappointed with both the service and the lack of accountability. I definitely won’t be returning.
Service is very quick and efficient , sometimes one eye brow is craved higher than the other but I love the way they turn out very clean cut.
This is a horrible establishment I went there today to get a wax at 3:30. She was eating the entire time. Didn’t acknowledge I was there it’s one thing to eat but when you had not clients and it didn’t seem busy clients are first.
