PBS have looked after my modern BMW and older Holden the last 5 years on a range of mechanical items. They are generous with practical advice, always good service, pricing and timeliness. Easy access to the CBD and surrounds while your car is being worked on - walking and trams. Most importantly – Chris and Lou are genuine, friendly people who put your best interest first.
Chris was extremely helpful and generous with his time to look at the cars front end noise. We had to drive back to Sydney and he fit us in with one hours notice to check the left side shocks and components to make sure there’s nothing amiss. An almost 1000klm drive was ahead and we needed his help and expertise. Chris also refused any payment. What a gentleman he was. Thoroughly recommended as one of the good guys out there. Thank you Chris.
Super friendly staff and very helpful, definitely recommend
The guys down at PBS are one of the more genuine folk around the area thag definitely look out for their customers. I came in with a blown tyre and they patched it within 2 hours. Previously I brought my old car in for a last minute RWC and they managed to squeeze me in for the day. Overall they charge reasonably and they're a reliable bunch. Would highly recommend to anyone who lives around the area looking for a good and reliable workshop.
I've brought both my M5 and 911 to PBS. The shop's been around as long as I can remember. I used to live just down the road while studying at Melbourne Uni over 20 years ago. There's always an interesting variety of cars here, and they're always busy (for good reason). Special mention for keeping my former neighbour's Mazda 121 Metro going.
