Not very professional, my appointment was cancelled via email by the business stating that the tech had an emergency , no one called to reschedule. Went to location at appointment time because the email wasn’t seen right away. A call would have been appropriate and appreciated. Deposit was promised to be returned via very dry email, haven’t received yet. Could be due to bank holiday. Again, no one ever called as a courtesy. Don't waste your time. I have tried calling, leaving messages, and emails, and I have tried using the web chat through their website. They have never returned my correspondence. I have called different days and different times, and they do not answer the phone.

Needs to work on the booking software and not have people to travel from wherever they’re coming from just to say we’re close and the appointment you made with a person doesn’t even work there.
