The one star is in regard to the billing department/agency they use. I’ve called four times over the last four months to request my credit from being over charged. I allowed ample time in between calls to wait for the check they keep saying is being sent. The frustrating part is that this credit/overpayment was from services in April-June 2025, I finally heard about this in Oct when I went back for post-op PT.
