I suffer from chronic back and hip pain and associated stiffness which of course leads to more pain. The greatest relief I have experienced from this pain has been from a series of facia release massages from Jen @ Achieve Perfect Balance. I HIGHLY recommend Jen!!
I don’t even want to share my review because I want to keep Jen to myself! But you deserve to know! Jen has been an answer to prayer- she understands the body, facia, the way I hold my stress and how to help me through massage, cupping, fascia release, etc. You will feel cared for in the space she holds. Book now— but not when I’m trying to book! ;)
Jen is absolutely amazing! She is very receptive to listening to any concerns, and knows exactly what to do to help restore balance and health. I see her on a regular basis, and always leave feeling so much better and energized! Her space is very soothing and peaceful, so it is a wonderful experience all around! I highly recommend Jen to anyone looking for an experienced, competent and caring massage therapist.
Jen is an excellent therapist. She listens to your needs and then goes to work on getting you feeling better. Unlike other massage therapists she has lots of tools to get you healing quicker. I highly recommend Perfect Balance for anyone looking to maximize their health and wellness.
