Very poor experience – proceed with caution I purchased a used Ford Transit van from Perfect Auto. After purchase, a serious engine oil leak was confirmed by an authorized dealership Around $5,000 was spent on inspection and repair attempts, but the issue was never resolved. When I formally requested assistance, the seller’s response was: “We are not responsible for your van for rest of our life. Please next time buy a new van.” (Screenshot attached.) I strongly don’t recommend this place.
Had the pleasure working with these guys to find a perfect rig for me. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I took a look around the yard and they have some sweet deals compared to other non franchise dealerships. I'm a customer for life now. Thanks again gents.
