I called Perfect Spray Foam Insulation because my attic was getting wet because of a leak. When it got cold, the moisture would freeze, and when it got warmer, it would melt, letting water into the bathrooms and a bedroom. They got rid of all the insulation in the attic and sealed up all the holes that let air in. They also fixed all the electrical and lighting fixtures and made sure that all the plastic around them was completely sealed. They changed all of the vent hoses. they put in new versions of all the screw ups.

Our home was overrun with rats, so we used an affordable spray foam insulation contractor to assist us rat proof it. The technicians did a fantastic job.
