Had my very first appointment yesterday at Perfect Arch Salon for a Brazilian wax! I have previously been going somewhere else but needed in asap. I was able to schedule SAME DAY! Which is amazing! The ladies were so friendly! The second I walked in the door I felt so comfortable. The wax experience itself was fabulous! I usually have pain during and irritation after but at Perfect Arch the wax they use clearly is what I need! Again, I felt completely comfortable and I was in and out in maybe 10 minutes. Did a So So Job it was painful: I honestly didn’t get brows shaped as I had asked for. The place was not clean enough for me to become a return customer: The proprietor was nice and business minded. I gave 4 Stars because younger customers have a different perspective.
