Brad and his team at Perfect Air truly go above and beyond. I reached out after experiencing serious issues with a newly installed system from another company. We are very pleased with Perfect air. Lance came and took great care of our issues with our unit. On time and they send you a picture of your technician so you know who is arriving. Had the parts on the truck and ready to work. So if your looking for a company that will take perfect care of you, then you need perfect air. They keep you living in perfect temps in your home.

The service was prompt and the guys who came out were great. Very personable and respectful. They fixed the copper line that my husband accidentally nicked through construction work in minutes, then finished the rest of the job very quickly. We had to refill the whole thing with Freon so that’s why it was expensive… but they gave us a great price. AC was up and running again in no time.

All I can say is wow what a great company! I called this morning and was able to be seen in only a few hours. Very professional and nice people. Lance was my technician and a great one at that. Asked a bunch of questions and he was able to answer every single one. Very knowledgeable and would HIGHLY recommend everyone use them if you have any AC/Heating needs.

The installers are great. Communicate very well, know what they’re doing and accommodating. They work hard to make you happy with their service. They are there at anytime for you questions and make the experience as easy as possible.
