Ac stopped blowing cold. Perfect Air installed 2 years ago. Steve was super nice and accommodating on the phone even though it was 2 pm when I called. He advised that if the tech couldn’t make it he would come out personally that day. It was 80 in the house. The tech ( Dustin) showed up within an hour of my call. Very polite, and determined it was a plugged drain line. They had installed a new item with my ac, a float valve in my drip tray that would shut off the condenser so not to overheat it if things were not working pro... read more
