the technician first came to my door to ask if was ok to proceed with the service...he was thorough in performing the application and asked if I had any questions after completing the service... my most recent application was a tree and shrub fertilization...as I have two dogs, it is important that I be informed by the technician when they will be arriving... the technician called 5 minutes prior to arriving and thus I was able to prepare for the subsequent application
Perf A Lawn always calls before they come. The technician is friendly and does a thorough job. He is quick and professional. Our yard looks great.
