I’m so impressed with Valley Flower Market! I called after hours, and they informed me that their sylmar location is now only open for deliveries. They gave me their downtown location, and also generously recommended some other flower shops closer to me that were open. I love that the owner recommended other businesses. Helpful to the whole community!

Excellent selection and variety of flowers, greenery, Palm fronds and Pampas grass. You can also request flowers that are not on hand for availability. Very reasonable prices. Jose answered all of our questions with ease. Very knowledgeable.

I wish I could give zero stars. I went in person to see the place and spoke with the owner Jose. He told me that I could text or email him the flowers that I need and he would respond with a quote. I did so and he ignored them for 2 days so I called. He put me on hold for over a half an hour and never called me back and still never responded to my texts or emails. If my order was too small for him to want to fill then he could have told me so. He doesn't need my business so I don't think he needs yours either.
