My car sensor told me I had one tire that was low yesterday. This morning it was just about flat when I was leaving for work. I put enough air in it to get me to Perez tire. They took my car in right away, found the puncture and patched the tire within 30 minutes. So I was barely late for work. The couple that own the place were both so friendly and personable. I would definitely go back if I have any other tire issues. It was definitely an easier morning than I had predicted it would be.
I never review businesses but the rating fell to 4 stars and this is a 5 star business. This shop is well maintained, well run, and the people care. I've come here for quotes, tire mounting, balancing, alignments, and puncture repair. If this was not a good place law of averages says I should have had a bad experience by now. Support family businesses that care. Nobody's perfect but they do right by people and will do what you ask a notch above the industry standard.
