We contracted with Perez Remodeling to install aluminum facia and vinyl soffit on our house. Manuel and his crew did an excellent job. Good communication while working and clean up after. We will definitely use Perez Remodeling for future work

We recently had a full kitchen renovation done by Perez remodeling. Electrical, plumbing, drywall, tile, venting, trim work, cabinetry install, pantry shelving… you name it, they did it! And they did a great job. Showed up to work everyday with a professional attitude and the right knowledge to get the job done. We are very happy with the work Manuel and his crew completed and will certainly be calling Perez remodeling in the future for all our home remodeling/repair needs!

We had a leak in an upstairs toilet that ruined the floor and subfloor. Perez Remodeling came out and fixed the floor and installed new tile. While they were here we also had them replace flooring in another bathroom and a laundry room, install more tile, and build laundry room cabinets. These guys are professional, reliable and provide quality contracting services! They’re also communicative, courteous and respectful of the home. I highly recommend.
