Pésimo servicio, trabajan muy mal con los seguros, hacen q no te cubra nada y por mi inexperiencia de recién llegada me deje estafar, pagué alrededor de 400 dólares por mis espejuelos, q lo único q le pedi fue q no reflejaran la luz y fue por gusto, las armaduras no le ponen precio. TLDR: They will not give you your prescription as leverage to scam you. They will also claim that your insurance won't cover things that it does cover. This place literally held my husband hostage there today because they were trying to scam him out of $45. Their "logic" is that if he wasn't buying their very overpriced glasses then he had to pay for the exam which they claimed wasn't covered by his insurance. The office staff is unprofessional I called for an appointment they check my insurance they stated he worked with Aetna I got an appointment . Went to the appointment the staff said I had a copay I informed them that my maximum out of pocket was met . She said i had to pay I inform her I would talk to the doctor did all my paper work sat down for 40 minutes then another staff member called me to tell me they did not take Aetna .
