All “Positives” - - speed of coming to the rescue (Heating System failure), speed of the fix, budget friendly pricing, feedback on what went wrong (and why), professionalism (both in quality of workmanship and tone) and absolutely no BS. Had a service provider that was great but retired. Went through other service providers that all had glamorous web sites and wonderful claims. I contacted Perez regarding a mixing valve on my boiler, we were losing hot water. I spoke with Moises about the issue and he immediately diagnosed and ordered the part. He kept in contact with me regarding the status and booked the appointment seamlessly. Miguel came out and did an awesome job fixing it, awesome guy and did a great job! Very satisfied with the customer service and repair, highly recommend!
