I called Perez Plumbing at 8:05 AM and left a VM, within 10 minutes he text me back to get info on what the problem was. I described the issue, our old water heater finally crapped out. Long story short is that he came by the house around 12:00 pm to begin draining it out, but he had to go back to previous call he was on and told me he'd be back to finish the job around 4:00 pm. New construction plumbing nightmare! Have spent thousands repairing or replacing fixtures, leak after leak and contractors cut corners in just two short years. Does not stand by his work and avoid at all costs!
