Do not use this company. This company came to repair a toilet drain for my house last year and I recently found out they disconnected my kitchen drain and never connected it back! My kitchen sink has been draining under my house in the crawl space this whole time. This is very dishonest and I would never use them or recommend this company to anyone.
The woman who picks up the phone the first time. She picked it up and hung up . I called again, and she was really rude. I was asking when someone could come give me an estimate . And her reply was WON'T BE THIS WEEK I TELL YOU THAT.
I paid ahead to have the garbage disposal replaced but then I realized it’s covered under my home warranty. I tried to cancel the appointment and get a refund, but I was charged $140 because he went and bought parts ahead of time. If he had actually shown up at 7:30 or 8, which was the plan and had actually looked at things, I’d say that was fair. It's wasn't the best experience only on the phone. The young lady was all over the place and could concentrate on an estimate that I called for.
